# **HOBB APP – Sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) prevention Policy** ## **1\. GENERAL INFORMATION** 1.1. This document defines the Child Safety Standards of the HOBB APP Application, setting out detailed rules for preventing the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, as well as child sexual abuse materials. 1.2. The standards described in this document apply to the Service Provider, all Users of the Application, and all individuals acting on behalf of or for the Service Provider, including employees, partners and moderators. ## **2\. DEFINITIONS** 2.1. Capitalized terms shall be understood in accordance with the definitions provided below: 2.1.1. **CSAE** (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) – sexual exploitation and abuse of Children, including any content or behavior that sexually exploits, harms, or endangers Children; 2.1.2. **CSAM** (Child Sexual Abuse Material) – any visual materials depicting the sexual exploitation of Children, presenting Children in a suggestive manner; 2.1.3. **Child** – a person under the age of 18\. 2.2. Capitalized terms used in this CSAE prevention Policy have the meanings assigned to them in section 2.1 of the Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined herein. ## **3\. SAFETY STANDARDS** 3.1. Service Provider applies a zero-tolerance policy regarding any Content, behavior, or interactions that facilitate, promote, or involve any form of sexual exploitation and abuse of Children, and in particular prohibits: 3.1.1. publishing, uploading, storing, or distributing CSAM; 3.1.2. soliciting, advertising, or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of Children; 3.1.3. any attempts to befriend, manipulate, or exploit Children for sexual purposes, both online and offline; 3.1.4. issuing threats or blackmail related to intimate images of Children; 3.1.5. any form of behavior towards Children involving engagement in inappropriate conversations or actions. 3.2. Service Provider is committed to creating a safe environment for all Users and actively strives to prevent the exploitation of Children, including undertaking all actions and efforts to: 3.2.1. strictly counteract all forms of sexual exploitation of Children; 3.2.2. immediately remove any Content that compromises the safety of Children; 3.2.3. cooperate with law enforcement authorities or institutions responsible for child protection, in particular taking into account and implementing any guidelines and instructions provided by such entities. 3.3. In case of detecting violating Content, either through its own Moderation or through reports submitted under the procedures provided in this CSAE prevention Policy and the Terms of Use, the Service Provider: 3.3.1. immediately removes any CSAM and blocks access to or deletes the account of the User responsible for the violation; 3.3.2. secures evidence necessary for reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection institutions; 3.3.3. In particular critical cases, where there is a direct threat to Children or suspicion of serious CSAE-related violations, the Service Provider also reports the matter to the specialized response unit – Dyżurnet.pl or another appropriate institution or law enforcement authority. ## **4\. REPORTING** 4.1. Service Provider allows reporting of any suspicions or cases of violations of this CSAE prevention Policy, related to the use of the Application, as well as other dangerous content or behaviors, in accordance with the Complaint Procedure set out in section 14 of the Terms of Use. 4.2. Reports and Complaints may be submitted to the Service Provider via contact form available in the Application or by email at support@hobbapp.com. 4.3. Service Provider reviews Reports and Complaints as soon as possible, in accordance with provisions of Complaint Procedure set out in point 14 of the Terms of Use, including providing the reporting party with information about undertaken actions. 4.4. Service Provider ensures full protection of reporting parties, including ensuring their anonymity when sharing information about violations with law enforcement authorities or other entities and protection against any negative consequences related to submission of the report. ## **5\. CONTENT MODERATION AND DETECTION SYSTEMS** 5.1. The Service Provider continuously monitors the Content and behavior of Users within the Application for violations of the Terms of Use and this CSAE Prevention Policy as part of the Moderation process referred to in section 12 of the Terms of Use. 5.2. As part of Moderation, Service Provider uses both automated image analysis systems, keyword monitoring in textual Content, and manual Moderation performed by trained moderators. 5.3. Service Provider systematically undertakes actions aimed at improving its violation detection systems and applied safety policies, including: 5.3.1. developing and updating automated Content analysis mechanisms; 5.3.2. providing appropriate training for personnel responsible for Moderation; 5.3.3. analyzing incidents of violations and implementing improvements in preventive procedures and mechanisms of responding to violations. ## **6\.
